Our main focus for this age group, Kinder thru 4th grade, is to introduce the game of field hockey and grow their love for the game. We will touch on basic stick skills, ball handling and dribbling with fun games. Athletes will be grouped by their age and skill level.

Our main focus for this group, 9th - 12th grade, is to prepare for the Indoor National Festival, February 18-20th. Players will need to register for Upper Velocity to be eligible to participate. There will be an additional cost for the Indoor National trip and tournament. If a player, does not want to travel, they can still sign-up and take part.  Additional details about the travel to follow.  Carpool options will be available.  Please let us know if you are in need of a carpool and we will coordinate to ensure everyone can participate.

Join us as we prepare for upcoming indoor tournaments. This will be crucial preparation, especially for those attending the National Indoor Festival (NIF) in Virginia Beach in February. Although participation in these practices are mandatory for NIF attendees, all players are welcome, regardless of their plans for the Virginia Beach tournament. Indoor field hockey is a unique 6v6 game played on a gym floor, with a smaller field, boards to play the ball off of, and faster play. Your player will benefit from increased speed, improved hand-eye coordination, and fine-tuned skills.
