About the Event
Goal keepers are unique and so should their training. Specialized training provided by Jenny Lounsbury (Utica University and current USAFH Master’s competitor). Current Keeps and all skill levels welcome. Technical development of footwork, diving, clearing and develop speed, quick reactions, flexibility and stability.
Dates: July 17 - 21 from 5:30 - 7:30

Day 1 - Footwork and Positioning
Day 2 - Kicking and Clears
Day 3 - Aerial Skills
Day 4 - Smothering
Day 5 - Review of Skills
